Cleaning and Washing Guns
- Classic: Basic models (e.g., 002, 004) for beginners. They have a rotary tube and reach 3000-5000 rpm.
- Blue Storm: Reinforced construction (45° connector, better materials) with parameters similar to Classic (approx. 7500 rpm).
- Black Storm (PRO): The highest professional series. Instead of a tube, it features a bearing mechanism (Made in Japan), providing immense durability and speeds up to 10,000 rpm. Ideal for continuous work.
This is crucial for the tool's lifespan! Follow these steps after each use:
- Pour out the remaining chemicals from the tank.
- Pour in clean water and "shoot" it (submerging the nozzle in a bucket of water or into the air) to thoroughly rinse the internal tube and mechanism.
- Blow out the gun "dry" with air only for about 10 seconds to dry the bearing.
We also recommend periodically oiling the air connector (1-2 drops of pneumatic tool oil).
BENBOW guns (e.g., Black Storm) require a constant working pressure of approx. 6 - 6.2 bar (approx. 90 PSI).
- Minimum requirements: 50-liter tank, blow-out capacity approx. 200-250 l/min.
- Recommendation for PRO: Compressor with a 100L tank to ensure a smooth workflow without breaks for air "recharging".

Chemistry and Safety
Painting (PK Series)
- PK60 Mini: Designed for minor repairs (spot repair), painting rims, and motorcycles. Available nozzles: 0.5 - 1.2 mm.
- PK80 (PRO Series): For professional painting of entire elements. High precision, HVLP or LVMP technology. Nozzles: from 1.3 mm (base/clear coat) to 2.5 mm (spray putty).
- Classic: Great value for money, ideal for hobbyists and semi-professionals.
HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) is a low-pressure technology. The gun uses a high volume of air at a lower exhaust pressure.
Advantages: Significant material savings (less "in the air" dusting, so-called overspray), better paint transfer to the element, and eco-friendliness.
